Our experience with En Route was above and beyond exceptional!! Chad, who transported our incoming Golden Retriever, exceeded our expectations in professionalism-he was responsive from the get-go, understanding and patient while we figured out our timing, and extremely communicative during their journey-sending reports with video and photographs along the way. He was exactly who we needed to take our beloved Roy from Idaho to his new home in Chicago!! Meeting Chad at drop off was the best—his gentle nature and willingness to share his knowledge re: transitioning pets to a new environment made the entire experience so great.
