How much does it cost for ground pet transportation?

Rates can vary based on many other factors. We advise that you fill out our INSTANT QUOTE form, to get your personal quote.

I'm buying a puppy from a breeder. Can you transport my puppy to me?

YES, as long as your breeder agrees. We’ll just need the both your contact information and the breeders contact information, so we can arrange everything and get all the necessary paperwork filled out.

I'm a breeder and I have a client that is buying a puppy from me. Can you transport the puppy to them?

Absolutely, as long as both parties agree. We’ll just need the both your contact information and the breeders contact information, so we can arrange everything and get all the necessary paperwork filled out.

I'm buying a puppy from another country. Can you pick them up from the airport and transport them to me?

We are more than willing to do this. FIRST, you should contact that airport in which they are arriving at, to see what their rules and regulations are with us picking up your puppy. You also need to talk to your puppy’s breeder, who must know certain details about this and must be able to add us to the list of people who are able to pick your pet up at the airport. This type of transportation requires coordination from all parties involved!

How far can you go to transport my pet?

We offer NATIONWIDE pet transportation! We will go anywhere in North America to transport your fur-babies! See our regions chart for more details.

How long will it take you to transport my pet?

This depends on your location. For complete cross-country transportation, between the two furthest points of North America, it can take up to 5 days, assuming that the weather will be favorable.

What do you NEED from me, to transport my pet?

All necessary paperwork filled out (provided by us).

A health certificate that is issued no more than 10 days prior to your pet’s first scheduled date of transportation, and issued by a licensed veterinarian.

Full payment.

What do I need to supply for my pet, for transportation?

Food

Collar with ID tags.

Leash

Bed (if you have one).

Medications (if necessary)

Anything else that you think your pet will need or make them comfortable for the trip.

Dog harness, if you are choosing Private ground pet transportation.

What happens if there's unfavorable weather while you are transporting my pet?

If we determine that the weather is unsafe to drive in, we will find a safe spot to park and wait until the weather clears up.

What if I'm not home when you arrive?

We need you to be available. Don’t worry, we will keep you updated, give you an estimated time-of-arrival, and notify you when we are getting close. You will know have enough time to free up your schedule.

My family has more than one pet, can you transport them all?

Usually, the answer is YES! However, this depends on many different factors. It’s best to contact us for multiple pets. Some questions we may ask is how many pets do you have? What type of pets do you have? When do they need to be transported by?

If I have multiple pets that need transporting to the same location, is there a discount?

There may be a surcharge for each additional pet that you need transport for. Fill out our instant quote form and we will go over the details once we have contacted you.

How far in advance should I reserve my pet's transportation?

We recommend that you reserve your pet’s transportation at least 3 months in advance. However, you can reserve your pet’s transportation whenever you’d like. Just know that there may be late-booking fees for reservations made within 30 days. Please review our “Policies” page for more details.

Do you accept check or cash?

We only accept and can take most major credit and debit cards. For more information, please visit our ” Payment Options ” page.

Can I pay COD (cash on delivery)?

We do not accept COD. Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the first scheduled date of your pet’s transportation.

Why do I have to have a health certificate for my pet, issued by a licensed veterinarian?

A health certificate, issued by a licensed veterinarian and no more than 10 days prior to your pet’s first scheduled date of transportation, is a legal requirement by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).

My pet just went to the veterinarian last week, does that count as my pet's health certificate?

No. You must have a physical copy of your pet’s health certificate, issued no more than 10 days prior to your pet’s first scheduled date of transportation. This is a legal requirement.
