When we arrive to pick up your pet, we will greet you and would like you to introduce us to your pet. Next, we’ll collect any necessary paperwork. Before we go to load your pet in the vehicle, we’ll collect any of their belongings that you’d like them to have for their travel. After, you’ll see that we will take the time needed to build a little trust and bond with your pet. Once we feel that your pet has accepted us enough, we will load your pet into the transportation vehicle.

The Transport:

We know you’ll be anxious to know how your pet is doing! That’s why we’ll send you daily emails about how they are doing, along with pictures of your pet. You’ll find that it will be much easier to get a good nights rest when you know that your pet is being well cared for.

Arrival at the destination:

On the day of arrival, we will give you an estimated time of arrival, so that you can plan to be available for your pet. We may also keep you updated as we get closer. Once we’ve arrived at the destination, your pet will need to stay in the transport vehicle until we will take care of any final and necessary paperwork, as well as identification verification. Once that has been taken care of, your pet will released to you or the consignee. We’ll also leave you with any of their belongings. You’ll be overwhelmed with joy, knowing that your pet has made it from point-A to point-B, safe and sound 🙂

The Transport:

Once we’re on the road, we’ll make stops, every 2-3 hours, to let your pet use the bathroom, drink water, and eat (if necessary). Your pet won’t be left alone for the whole trip. Once we’ve drove our daily driving limits, your pet will stay in a nice pet-friendly hotel for the night, with us.

Once we’ve arrived at the destination, your pet will stay in the transport vehicle until we will take care of any final and necessary paperwork, as well as identification verification. Once that has been taken care of, your pet will released to you or the consignee. We’ll also leave you with any of their belongings.
